How long will my Quencher keep drinks cold?
Our vacuum-insulated Quenchers are designed to keep drinks cold for up to 11 hours and iced for up to 2 days, depending on the specific model and environmental conditions.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most of our current products, including the Adventure Quencher and Classic Series, are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend checking the bottom of your specific bottle for the dishwasher-safe icon or hand-washing to preserve the finish.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware?
Yes, we stand by our products with a Built for Life™ lifetime warranty. This covers manufacturing defects such as thermal performance loss and leaks, but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery status.
